Our Client is an AdTech company that provides a platform for organizations to develop creatives and push them to various platforms.

As a part of its ambitions to expand into Europe, the Client wanted to ensure that it was compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In order to do that it had to implement a privacy framework along with associated policies and procedures.

RESULTS

As a result of our engagement, the Client implemented a privacy program that ensured its compliance with GDPR. Another outcome of the engagement was that information security was strengthened.

SOLUTION

Confidis has been helping organizations to comply with privacy regulations across the world.

As a part of GDPR compliance we created records of processing activities along with policies and procedures required for implementation of privacy framework.

We also documented Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs) and recommended implementation of controls to further enhance data security.

We conduct Data Processing Impact Analysis (DPIA) to understand the private data processed by the organization. Thereafter we help organization implement privacy controls to ensure that they are compliant with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
